# Share your build

> Send us what you made; we feature it in the gallery.

The gallery at [flightportrait.com/build](https://flightportrait.com/build)
shows what people made with the network's data, the open firmware or
the protocol: desk displays, dashboards, integrations, frames built
from parts, antennas in odd places.

## What to send

* One to four photos of the build, JPEG, PNG or WebP. The page scales
  them down before they leave your browser and strips their location
  data.
* A name for it, and how you want to be credited: your name, a handle,
  or nothing at all.
* Two or three sentences on what it does, the main parts, and a link
  if there is one (a repository, a write-up, a video).

## How it works

1. Fill in the form at the bottom of
   [the gallery](https://flightportrait.com/build#share). It asks you
   to confirm that the photos are yours and that we may show them with
   the credit you chose.
2. We look at every build ourselves. Nothing appears on the page
   until we approve it, and we may crop a photo to fit.
3. Once approved, it shows in the gallery with your credit and link.

An email address is optional. We use it only to write to you about
your build, and never show it.

## What we feature

Builds made with the free data, the open firmware and protocol, and
anything you drew yourself. The poster drawings are licensed, not
open, so a build that copies them is not one we can show; a
FlightPortrait frame in a setting you built around it is welcome.

and all.
